ABOUT ME


I found yoga after one of my spinning student’s encouraged me to try it as a way to help manage life’s  “stuff” and the ongoing pain associated with a lower back injury.  An endurance athlete since youth, I have always embraced the benefits of tapping mind and spirit while “moving.”  Amazed by the heightened experience uniting soul, breath and body through the inspiration and guidance of a great teacher, my yoga practice was born.   

Driven by a passion for passing along the fruits of my experience and lessons learned, I completed my 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification through Jennifer Prugh’s Joy of Yoga teacher training and now share with love and playfulness through vinyasa flow-based classes.  

Other influential teachers include Rusty Wells, Max Strom, Tias Little, Kent Bond and Karen Holden.
